Who said hard work can't be heart work?

NTUC wanted to create a film to inspire their employees and remind them that the union will always stand by their worker in Solidarity.

But we didn’t want to write your usual corporate jargon synergy-networking-all-hands-on-deck manifesto film speak.

We wanted something with a little more heart.

Like a spoken word poem. For the workers, by the workers.

We collaborated with spoken word artist Marc Nair to bring this spoken word manifesto film to life. All the faces featured in the film weren’t talents but NTUC staff and affiliates across various departments.
